It definately is original.. it's been on *every one* of the 5 trans tunnels that have passed through my hands, in some state of oil-sogged disrepair. It's too consistent for it to be a DPO bodge. Joh

I went down to Pep Boys and found a roll of insulation with foil backing and some 3M spray on adhesive. I glued it down to the underside of the tunnel with the foil side toward the gearbox and I seal
