No idea about the radio, but as to the window cranks, I have a brand new set, sounding just as you describe. There are black escutcheons, P/N 650261, and a pair of handles with black knobs, P/N 6130

FWIW, I have also received Herald parts from Rimmer Bros. packed in potato sacks. Don't recall whether they had "Homegrown /Pentland Squire/Potatoes/Pentland Squire Potatoes are good all round potato
