- You might try using three rubber washers (like, from a garden hose) & let the bottle sit on those. It shouldn't raise the bottle much, but will still allow some air to circulate. Andy H.

- Hi Dave, I just redid the panels on my '71. If the panels haven't totally disintegrated, but are basically bent, etc., trace them on a thin piece of masonite or paneling of some sort. I used 1/8" pan

- My concern would be that it is missing six mounting bolts. If it's like mine ('71 MkIV), that's all of the bolts to attach it. Just a thought. Andy H.

- Just a thought, but you might try Soft Scrub. It's a cleaner used to clean sinks, etc. I've used it to clean leather & have had no problems. Just be gentle with it, & rinse well, of course. Andy H. 7
