Try Williams Lowbuck (http://www.lowbucktools.com) for one of the finest tubing notchers. It uses a punch/die combination, not a holesaw. Little pricey, but not bad for a really good tool. Donald.

I would think the in-floor heating would work quite well, even under vinyl tile. The heaters should not heat the floor to the point where the vinyl tile is stressed, or it would be hot enough for you

Couple of thoughts. Check the spark plug; make sure it's clean and correctly gapped. Fresh fuel and fresh oil might help. As long as the combustion is working OK, the governor should be able to maint
