I have a can of CRC Freeze-Off which, as the name implies, freezes the bolt/nut breaking - in theory - the rust bond. I have not used it so I do not know how well it works. Any comments? ____________

The water damaged section is the splash board - if that's the correct term - which I am replacing. The counter top - horizontal part - is solid. Looks like I'll do some sanding tomorrow. Thanks, Chad

I think you are on to something. Looks like the top is attached with around a dozen dry wall screws and, I'd have to remove the sink anyway. On the tops I was looking at the, splash board was about 2

Chrysler used bolts in the 1950's, rlft hand on one side, right hand on the other. There was an alignment pin and corresponding hole in the wheel - it really didn't help. chad _______________________

Don't know if this is the correct thing to do but I have a Schumacher Charger/Maintainer on a Optima Blue Top for around 2 years and it still passes a load test - using a Harbor Freight 500A tester.

I forgot to mention, I did a test at 300A just prior to the 450A test - looked up the test procedure and found 1/2 and not 1/3 CCA is the correct test load. chad _____________________________________

I've had a Lincoln WeldPak 155 (220v) for around 10 years with no problems welding steel from body panels to 0.134" ERW tube but, if I had it to do it over I get another Lincoln with variable voltage
