Well I'm at the point of bolting together the new oak wooden bed in the back of my 66 stepside. Does anyone happen to know if the offset washers are supposed to sit on top of the wood? Or are they to

You may think about bolting the cross sills down to the frame and not having the offset washer in your new oak. It will look a lot cleaner and the less holes drilled in the wood the better the origi
