You don't have to remove the harmonic balancer plate. Just drill the two holes up thru the plate using the 216 front motor mount as a template. Once you have a 216 motor mount in front of you, (it i

Thanks Tom. I was under the impression that the bolts from mount to engine were installed down through the engine plate and into the mount because the PO apparently had done it that way on the 216 th
