I can't find info on a 429 from the fifties. Looks like they didn't come out with 429 cid until 1964. In the early fifties Cadillac had a 331 cid, 1956 - 58 had 365 cid, and 1959 - 63 had a 390 cid.

If it's the truck I think it is, it's a 1952 owned by Mark Miller. It was running a GMC 6 (unknown size but probably big) with a 12 port head and 3 holley 350 carbs. I read about in the 12 Port News.
