- Another alternative is to use an easy out and treat it as a broken bolt. First drill the proper size hole and insert the easy out. Also use PB Blaster not WD-40 to loosen the rust. David a off. clue.

- I found a custom shop when I lived in the St. Louis area. They were willing to do my frame for about $ 200.00. I had to do all the prep work, sand blasting, cleaning, welding, etc. They did the rest

- I think the Infra Red heat lamp is an novel idea for curing the powder coating. My concern is that it is necessary to have the metal part reach 400 F and stay there for 15 minutes. It is easy to do
