Bob,
I found a custom shop when I lived in the St. Louis area. They were willing
to do my frame for about $ 200.00.
I had to do all the prep work, sand blasting, cleaning, welding, etc. They
did the rest.
I would have to borrow a trailer to deliver and pick up the frame. A couple
of days turnaround was quoted.
