I changed out Matilda's (B1139) engine to a 1600 in 1980. The changeover requires no peticular modification and is quite easy. I used her existing exhaust manifold, which is still on her, with no mod

The engine upgrade should be a straight forward in and out job. However when looking for a 1600 GT engine make sure you get the GOOD block. Ford went through a number of interations here. All blocks

Quite frankly neither of them, the Isseta or the Honda 90, have ever done much that would imply what their names should be. The Honda has normally been used for knocking about our farm in East Texas,
