Well, most of the "wet" seems to be on the head itself, with relatively little on the block. So at first blush, I'd go with the valve cover gasket being the culprit. Now that you've replaced that, I

I'd agree with the valve gasket. What kind of gasket are you using there? All the ones I have seen are cork. I always "glue" it on with some gasket maker on both sides to make it seal. (I also have a

That's got to be the rocker cover gasket. Contrary to popular opinion the nuts do not tighten down until the cover is clamped hard on the gasket (and hence the gasket on the head) but only until the
