- I'm going broke on oil...Time to rebuild the bottom end, I think (head was done 3k ago). Compressions are approx. 159psi on 1,2 &4 and, alas, 112 on 3. The engines been using about 1 qt. of oil ever

- Jacques, Thanks for the note. Oil pressure is great! When I had the head off, I could feel a slight ridge on the cylinder wall at the top of the piston throw. I'm almost sure this is a piston/cylinde
