- I don't like sitting too low either. I raised my MGB seat with spacers between the seat frame and the seat track. The spacers were cut from 1/8 " pipe nipples. Longer flathead 1/4 - 20 bolts complet

- I'm on my 7th and 8th MGs (52 TD and 68 B) and seek advice on the MGB: (1) Is there a simple retrofit 5 speed transmission ?- I hate to continue running the engine at such high revs on the highway. (

- Blake - "Rebuilding" means different things. Perhaps your previous rebuilding was simply clean it and slap in new rubber parts. I've never had a problem even using the old rubber seals if I (1) used
