Blake - "Rebuilding" means different things. Perhaps your previous rebuilding was simply clean it and slap in new rubber parts. I've never had a problem even using the old rubber seals if I (1) used 600 paper to remove rust and small pits, sanding in a rotary not lengthwise direction and (2) bleeding thoroughly till I saw new fluid - to remove residual water that might cause re-rusting. - Pete |
