What is your old lump, & what car is it installed in? Hi All I have noticed that the TVR rover V8 seems to rev a lot quicker than my old lump. Would you think that is a mater of balance in the engine

Are you sure you need to machine the intake? At this point, you have not installed the engine, correct? I suggest you not do any machining until the engine is in, a low rider air cleaner is in place
