- Jon, How about having a pair of glasses made that has your long view in the upper part and have the bi-focal part that is set up to read the arms length (or distance to your gages). Wouldn't this all

- Jon, any GOOD optician should be able to fix you up with proper glasses. I have a pair that my optitian calls Occupational lenses. He had me measure distances from the corner of my eye to everything

- I can't wear them when driving or riding a motorcycle, but I have a set of bifocals with the reading lens on the top, I use it primarily for machining, I found I was dropping my glasses down and off
