Howdy,
I can't wear them when driving or riding a motorcycle, but I have
a set of bifocals with the reading lens on the top, I use it primarily for
machining, I found I was dropping my glasses down and off to view fine
details, and caught a piece of steel on the eye, decided to change my
glasses as I didn't think I could change my habit of looking over the top
of the glasses for detail. Had the devil of a time convincing the glasses
company to produce the reading lens on top, although since then I have
found that another company even has a designation, "plumbers glasses", with
trifocals, reading on top, distance in the middle and reading on the
bottom. I also have a set of long vision glasses, I told the eye doctor
that I needed a set for piloting an airplane, and needed stronger long
vision correction, corrected to 15/20....he didn't want to, but money talks
or walks, I guess....All glasses, by the way are in safety
glass...................drive careful
