i would think it depends on the number of cars that use it and the amount they use. I am afraid to say your arguement for it being ok is the same one used 100 years ago for putting sewage in a river.

These types of systems are becoming quite common with the import crowd. Here's a link to the Nitrous Express "Ntercooler" with pictures etc... I would think they should be effective with C02 also. ht
