Are you talking about the tube injection for aftercooling? The 50/50 alky
mix makes it a fuel class engine.
About 15 years ago there was a system on the market doing the same thing
for large diesel trucks. There was a seperate tank for the "special" fluid
which
could be purchased at a lot of truck stops. It gave substancially more
power without voiding factory warranty, as it was only used on demand. Then
electronic fuel injection for diesels came into being, and the mfgs. could
make 600+ HP so it wasn't as desirable.
