It occurred to me what causes the trailer sway cycle - The tail of the trailer sways to the right , the trailer becomes a lever with the trailer tires as the fulcrum - The hitch is pushed to the left

A dc3 crashed on takeoff at a local airport because the pilot forgot to lock the steering on the tail wheel as required . Could that be the key to making rear steer work . Any volunteers ?
