(install in die with just the right amount of tube extending past the edge, insert end die and form bubble, find that the tube has slipped down, cut it off and try again, get a nice bubble, squash it

I have the same set up in my 65 Spit. The front brakes are gt6's. This is the third Spit I have had this on and have never had any issues. I do bleed my brakes between sessions. Same here. Glen _____

I generally leave out everything except the axle gears, essentially making it a spool. I put a good bevel on the gears to allow a good surface for the weld beads & wedge them tight in the housing so

The washer under the sun gear is almost always broken. It is interesting that the original overdrive manual says to have a sun gear float of 0.014 to 0.020, while later manuals say to use 0.008 to 0.
