Remeber that the contact patch remains the same regardless of tire width. It is just distributed differently, ie wider tire, wider patch; skinny tire, longer patch. __________________________________

4.38 ratio?!?! Wow, I hope you tow it to the track! Dou you even use 1st IIRC, the rule of thumb is that wheel width should be at least 75% of tire width, and that's pushing it. A 6" rim is only 67.7

It will be the correct offset unless the are designed for a lowrider. Even if they pushed the wheels out 15mm, a 6" rim will still clear the fender ok. _______________________________________________
