- This is going to sound pretty naive, but is there a difference between the U-20 engine in my 69 2000 and the engine in the 1600's? The reason I'm asking is due to the flurry of forklift part question

- I got four grey gaskets that mate up perfectly to the back of the two SU carbs. The bearing material is copper and I only had to take down a few thousandths. There is quite a bit of bearing material

- Thanks Gordon. The rings are Hastings. The included instructions weren't much help. The top ring I assumed to be a compression ring as it was square with no bevel. The second ring has a slight recess

- There is a small hole about 3/4 of the way back on the top of my transmission. It looks like a vent line may have gone there at one time. It's not threaded so maybe some kind of standpipe went there
