- Can anyone suggest a good material to fabricate gaskets for the rear lamps to me? They are no longer available anywhere for my car (1972 Reliant Regal) , and the existing ones are really dried out &

- My personal preference is polyurethane. This stuff will last forever. The down side is that it's expensive and is kind of glossy looking compared to the original rubbers used. Check out http://www.mc

- 3M makes a leaderless sealing tape, in 3/4" and 1" widths. Probably available from an electrical contractor supply house. This is a rubber tape, when streched, will seal, and adhere to almost anythin
