Yeah, like Darrel says, I've never been able to get my steering rack tight enough either. I don't want to go to the aluminuim mounts, anyone have any hints for getting the sucker tight?

Oh yeah, check the differential mounts too. Both the rubber and the frame mounts, scrape the road crap off and look for cracks. The TR6 is bad about these, especially if driven vigorously.
