Another possibility is that your door cylinder is sticking. If you hear the solenoid fully disengage the locking mechanism, but the door doesn't move this may be the case. This happened to me; I was

What I did was empty a quart of ATF (automatic transmission fluid) into a bowl. I then submerged the bottom of the air cylinder (and thus the air input port) into the ATF. I then pulled on the ram.
