If your Brick is a '75 or '76, a 351W is standard. If it is a '74, then you must make sure the new motor mounts are correct and aligned, especially if beefing up the transmission alters it's position

I am glad to hear that this issue isn't a big problem in practice since finding a dryer small enough to fit this application isn't going to be easy. Most dryers are designed for large applications. H
