- Randy,I don't know about the Canadian cars, but if you look on the VIN tag on the drivers door, it should say that it conforms to all applicable U.S. Federal motor vehicle safety standards in effect

- Sorry about the confusion about the removal of the reinforcement plates for the seats,but I was going by my experience on vin#1136,when I removed the seat bolts the reinforcement plates dropped down,
