- Some shops can repair leaf springs. Heavy trucks often break springs and need to have the broken leaves replaced so many truck suspension shops handle this. Worth a try anyway. Also some hot rod shop

- My Bricklin runs 210 degrees in the Texas heat. It sometimes goes a little higher when I am idling at a stoplight. I don't think you can expect much better than that and it really shouldn't be a prob
