- IMO, spend a little more and get a small generator. We have a Coleman Powermate that is 1850Watts and is luggable (about 50#). They are around $375 new and are fairly quiet. The only downside to this

- Yes, noise would be an issue - we invested about $50 in a 10 gauge, 100' extension cord and put the generator at the end of that. Dave thought noise around model day EBay. the /// unsubscribe/change
