In Atlanta we use the long extension cord theory. Great unless you walk
near the generator. . .
But in Nashville, where I do a half dozen events a year, they just bought a
new generator this year. Fairly large, fully enclosed, red. I think it's
a Honda. And you can hold a whispered conversation right next to it. That
is one quiet, quiet generator. I assume that this means it was quite
expensive. But extremely low noise is possible.
