Okay, CS is the old BS so that would be a Miata 1.8 or MR2-S. DS is the new "tuner" class so that would be an Audi S4, Lexus 5-speed or the Type R. ES is the old CS so that would be a 2nd gen MR2. GS

I addressed this in my August 2001 column in North American Pylon. I stated that from a "Regional" perspective (ie:Western Pennyslvania) this is how me and a friend saw the classes shaking out: S.S.
