IMHO, I don't think Prep/Mod guys don't participate in Pros because they have always been geared towards the Stock/SP classes. The largest deterrent was the fact that P/M guys had to run on an index.

The cleat marks are because the mounters are lazy and are not using the machine to it capability. If you return there, you might suggest that they clamp the will instead of using the expanding cleat
