I have used the POR 15 on an alpine project and it worked great. It really sticks to the metal and is thick. It makes an excellant base coat for the other colors like the black you mentioned. I used

I not sure how much you would spend on POR but it would approach the cost of powder coating. From 18 years of a family business I would suggest powder coating. It would eliminate the need to bead bla
