I not sure how much you would spend on POR but it would approach the cost of 
powder coating. From 18 years of a family business I would suggest powder 
coating. It would eliminate the need to bead blast, would be more durable and 
more 
suitable for your specific need. The appearance of the finished job will be 
much nicer with powder coating. 

We have on request used POR15 and it is a decent product.
