You want to replace the steel pistons with the stainless steel replacements. They are only about $25 each. I got mine from Tiger Auto. I think they are the same as the MGB's. Jan ______ ______ _____

Somebody is going to have to explain to me WHY you are not supposed to take the calipers apart. Removing 4 bolts and separating the 2 halves, at least to me, is far safer than trying to hone or polis

Having dismantled (and successfully re-assembled) more calipers than one could shake several large sticks at, I can confirm that there is absolutely no reason why this cannot be done by any competent
