The paint on the body is very faded and blotchy. I think the turn signal lens style indicates this is a 64 or 65 year Sunbeam. Looks like a pentastar on the fender. That would make it Feb 66 or newer

You need to look under the car while someone pumps the clutch pedal, and see if the clutch fork is moving. I think(?) it should move about 3/4's of an inch. If it's moving, the clutch plate probably'
