We have used at least six of the Prestige hardwood dashes and have been very happy with the fit and finish. Just be careful when you screw the cubby box door hinges on, the screws are just a bit long

I'll have to ditto Bob's comments, Mike. Prestige's laminate dash is in all respects. The glove box door matches grain to the dash and has a perfect spacing around it. He's an artist, in every sense
