Hi Jim, Take a good look at the U-Joints on the drive shaft...my guess is the rear. It is possible the drive shaft is out of balance as well...threw a weight? It could also be the the UJs on the axle

Do you happen to notice what speed this vibration occurs? Meaning, as soon as you put it in 4th it starts vibrating or is it at a certain speed? In theory you could go into 4th at a low speed & test?
