I suggest going to a swap meet and getting the tip from a switch that does not work. It will only cost you a few bucks. I agree, that I have not seen that part in any catalogue.

I just rebuilt my tranny. It has the bronze stuff in it. I was able to find some Gl4 which gives good lubrication and does not eat the tranny. It was costly since it out of stock in most places, but

you can separate the head, however, it is likely to be rusted. The best way to do this is hang the engine by the eye hooks on the head, use a beam or an engine lift and take a 2x4 and wack the block
