The 77 you have must be a coupe and, if totally restored, might be worth
around $5000. If the restoration is to retain it as a driver/occasional
show car then the value may be in the $3000 range.
The value problem you face is that the car is not a convertible.
I don't know what the car needs, but what I usually tell folks is that
Triumphs in general shouldn't be viewed as investments anyway.
