I took some time and scanned and uploaded some more old programs from Rose
Cup and Seattle. The 67 Rose Cup program has an interesting article about
proposed changes for PIR. The 73 program has a great article on the history
of road racing in Oregon by Bob Meade. There is also an article from Bob
Ames about PIR and Rose Cup.
