Tuscan was a TVR , short for TreVoR, the founders name. Tube frame,
fiberglass body built in England, and the company still exists today. All
my car books are packed away for the move so I'm not sure which motor the
Tuscan had, but they built models with 2500 TR6 motors and with Ford V8 and
V6s. Dual exhaust on the one you saw probably means it was a Ford under the
hood.
http://www.tvr-eng.co.uk/ is the official site. They list the new Tuscan
as a straight 4 liter 6 cylinder with 365 horse power!
If you want to see what the older models looked like after somebody dove
them too fast, take a look at http://www.wreckedexotics.com/tvr/.

Instead of the usual Acura badging, the name Tuscanb stood out.
