DBCOM transponders

Listers,
  I see that the entry forms for the HSR race at Palm Beach have been posted
on the HSR web site, and that AMB
transponders are required for all entries.  This isn't a surprise, as it was
discussed at Savannah.  I was wondering, though, if anyone has heard of a
market for used DBCOM transponders.  Is any sanctioning body world-wide using
the DBCOM system?
