I have only been lightly following this thread, but if you are talking
about the front trunion's on Cobras, why not contact Lew Spencer at
lewspencer@earthlink.com and ask him.

Lew was an early factory Cobra driver, ran the Cobra for Carroll Shelby,
then the Shelby trans am team when the T.A. was a REAL racing series.

He would likely know all about Cobra trunions.
