I made copies of all the notes about Bob and sent them down to him along
with a personal note.

Bob was a good friend for many years.  We shared a room at Tracy Birds
house in Denver one time at an SCCA affair when nothing else was
available.  Great guy.

Little known, but he was also a great track announcer.  I often would
have him on mike at Mid Ohio when I was the chief announcer there, and
would just turn him loose and set back and enjoy the comments.
