Yokohama tires

To all:

    I just had a set of tires shaved by a local tire dealer and they had 
problems because the bolt pattern of my wheels did not match their stuff.  So 
they ruined the first tire before they figured out that they needed to make 
an adapter.  The problem is that the tires I asked them to shave are no 
longer available so I can't just tell them to replace the ruined tire.  Does 
anyone out there have just one Yokohama A001R in the 175/70 X 13 inch size?
