Hoping this is not a dumb idea, but have you tried a Nissan dealer? I got
a fuel filter from them for one of these cars because it happened to fit
an early Alfa with the same plunger-style electric fuel pump. They had it
in stock, and it was higher quality than the Alfa OEM part.
