Not if there is a properly applied "vapor barrirer" on the warm side of wall
insulation and most likely just under the interior wall board or sheet rock. 
Some insulation panels and or blankets have a vapor barrier fixed to one side
for this purpose. As to the source of this moisture is may be from working up
a sweat  in the Race Shop.
